THE MAGIC OF THE UNITED, YES EXISTS.
“The day I arrived in the United I met Johny, my first friend. He was the first person I shared with the United and although that day he didn’t want to talk to me much and walked away, he became one of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met in life. I still remember the fear and nerves I felt from the day I arrived in 2014. In that summer I learned to look for the yes, to be more empathetic and, above all, to be myself. Five years later Johny and I’m still friends. I still love living with him and everyone who is part of this, I’ve learned a lot from them!
United transformed my life since that summer. Johny transformed me since that day and just like him, each one of my friends has taught me everything I am now, they changed my way of seeing and living life. They marked me in the deepest way and I couldn’t be more grateful! The magic of United does exist! Thank you, Johny and everyone who has accompanied me during these years! “-Steff García, an ally in United Monterrey.
In United we show that among friends, differences do not exist.
We carry out coexistence programs with young people, children and companies who, taking the will as a flag, become our accomplices to build a more conscious, empathic and inclusive society.
We invite you to be our accomplice in creating a more inclusive society.
Unidos is the most professional social change network in Mexico. We are present in seven cities in Mexico – Mexico, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Puebla, Cuernavaca and Chihuahua – we collaborate every year with more than 3000 young allies, 1900 people with disabilities and we sensitize more than 20,000 people.
But we want to do more!
We want to continue strengthening our Network, which today serves 7 cities and more than 60 employees and is a fundamental part of the development of our organization.
Why can you trust us?
In the United States we have more than 30 years of experience in inclusion projects that transform the quality of life of all the people who participate.
At the beginning of 2019, we were recognized at the United Nations headquarters in Vienna, Austria, by The Zero Project, an initiative of the ESSL Foundation and Ashoka, as one of the 11 practices with the greatest impact and transcendence in people’s lives with disabilities in the world. In addition, we were winners of the Nuevo León Prize for Competitiveness in 2012 and 2015, gold category in 2013 and 2014 and platinum in 2016.
If you are interested in participating in our activities, you can write an email to email@example.com and we will gladly channel you with the people in charge of carrying out the United programs closest to you.
